To be sure he's new but made me think about what good customer service is. It never occurred to me that the epitome of great customer service would be a butler whether to the President of the United States or British Monarch. This book explains how to turn your employees into butlers to provide excellent customer service to your customers. It also has a new spin on the 10-80-10 rule. Enhanced to 10-80-1-9 makes much more sense. Like most of the authors above, it is a quick read with lots of take aways.
